At Koss Stereophones, we want you to be completely satisfied with your listening experience. If your headphones are not the right fit, you can return or exchange your product within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the request process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the stereophones and all original accessories back into the original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned electronics, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
